Marco Quivooij — Founder

Originally from the Netherlands, Marco is the Founder of Santara Properties. After many years of entrepreneurial experience, he relocated to Bali to focus on long-term real estate investments and development.

Marco is responsible for the company’s long-term vision, strategic direction, and project development. He also maintains relationships with clients, investors, and business partners. The day-to-day operations, sales, and client services are led by Arly and the Indonesian team, ensuring every aspect of the business is managed locally with professionalism and personal attention.

Arly Alida Banjarnahor — Co-Founder & Operations Manager

As an Indonesian, Arly is the Co-Founder & Operations Manager of Santara Properties. She leads the company’s daily operations, sales, client relations, and project coordination.

With her in-depth knowledge of the local market, culture, and regulations, Arly works closely with buyers, tenants, contractors, government offices, and business partners to ensure every project is delivered with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.

Her local expertise, dedication, and hands-on approach make her the driving force behind the day-to-day success of Santara Properties.

Together, we combine international experience with local expertise to provide a professional, transparent, and personal real estate experience in Bali.
